Questions about official Union County criminal records belong with the office that created or maintains them. This private reference site cannot retrieve, certify, change, or accept filings for a government record. The routes below identify the correct Union County and North Carolina custodians.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
