Use the record type to choose the right Union County office:

- Personal state criminal history: use the fingerprint-based Right to Review through the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation
- Arrest and sheriff reports: contact the Union County Sheriff's Office Main Office, 3370 Presson Road, Monroe, NC 28112, 704-283-3789
- Current jail information: contact the Union County Detention Center, 3344 Presson Road, Monroe, NC 28112, at 704-292-2600
- Police incident reports: contact the agency that made the report, such as Monroe Police or Waxhaw Police
- Expunction filings: file the proper North Carolina form with the Clerk for the county where the charge or conviction occurred
